That is how it is now, and how it always will be, and I think it prevents the growth of the firm as a whole and the growth of any employee who works for them. It is a very stuffy environment with pompous and often-times personally degrading attitudes towards employees. I am speaking for many people who worked with me at this firm who did not have the courage to say something about how they felt. I would highly recommend not working for this firm in any way shape or form. And upon hiring, they never told me that I was not going to be getting any benefits or sick/vacation time for the first 4 months I was working there, so upon getting my first paycheck I was quite shocked to learn this."
