Quotations
The quotations below represent the opinions of respondents to the firm survey. These individuals are unrelated to InsideArch. Their opinions are based on their individual experiences and in no way reflect or represent the views of InsideArch or its employees. Other opinions, including contrary opinions, may exist."This is a small firm and because of that even new interns are allowed to take the lead on designing projects and following them to completion."
"We have become known for our design ability and that allows us to draw larger projects than most other firms our size."
"If you can handle the work load and responsibility that is required then you can be challenged, learn, and enjoy your work."
"We are a small firm so when the client calls for an update on a project the call is directed to the intern in charge of that project. Other than that Interns may be required to answer phones when the office manager is running errands."
"This is a great place to work. As an intern I was doing drawings my first day of work. By the time I learned the ropes I was invited to client meetings and within a few months I was running projects on my own. This firm is not for those who want to be lazy and just get by on others work. But if you like a challenge and can handle the responsibility then they will let you have as much as you can handle."
"We are busy but in a relaxed environment. We have an art show every 6 weeks and office outings or dinners on a fairly regular basis. Compared to the other firm I worked at this firm is much more supportive of its employs having a social life."
"The firm is a design build firm. So we have an architecture firm, interior design, construction/development, furniture store, and an art gallery. When times are good so are the bonuses and if you can make your deadlines then enjoy your time off. Even in the beginning when I did not have any vacation time I was allowed to take a week off and it was partially paid because I finished my work for that week a week earlier."
