Dishonesty

Architects have the obligation to obey a high level of ethical conduct. This conduct should in fact extend beyond health, safety, and welfare to include morals. Honesty is an inherent part of professional practice -- in a business where reputation is everything, lying should not be taken lightly. I worked for Dever Architects for many years and the numbers for the \'design quality,\' \'compensation,\' and \'attitude towards interns,\' are misleadingly high. Actually, I have found the firm to produce mediocure buildings in a hostile enviroment, which compensates only moderately considering the lack of positive managerial skills on the team.
