Learning and Design \"Opportunities\"

THey might be fairer on interns but once you\'ve graduated watch out. I am close to someone that was hired with ACAD 14 experience. They knew this when they hired this person, then three days into working there scrutinized their ACAD 2002/ADT abilities. Aria does not have the patience to help one learn and let them go after less than a month. If you are not a cad expert avoid at all costs. Also designer is the best position but it is very rare there. Many of their designs are done out of house with Aria doing production documents only.
