For information specifically regarding the Firm Report Survey and how your anonymity and privacy are protected, see 'About the Firm Report'.
InsideArch will not sell, lend, or otherwise distribute your email address or other personal information. No personally identifiable data will ever be published or released to anyone for any purpose. InsideArch will not release any of your personal information unless compelled to do so by a law enforcement agency.
After you register and log into InsideArch, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from InsideArch or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this policy.
You agree, through your use of InsideArch, that you will not post:
Any negative or derogatory material in which you name specific individuals, unless the individual is a principal, holds another senior position at the firm, or has been covered in the media. A good rule of thumb is: if the person's name isn't mentioned on the firm's own web site, it shouldn't be mentioned here,
Any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law,
Any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to InsideArch,
Proprietary information, trade secrets, or confidential information that is the property of any other individual or entity, without the permission of such individual or entity (on request from the owner of such information).
We employ several different measures to ensure that fraudulent or maliciously biased information is not included in our Firm Reports. From time to time we may withhold certain Firm Reports while our editors review their content and the circumstances under which they were submitted. We reserve the right to exclude, without explanation, any information you provide about your firm. At the time you complete your Firm Report Survey it may be automatically flagged by our system for further review by a human editor. If this occurs, you will be given the opportunity to provide us with an email address where we may contact you for clarification or verification of the information you provided. You are not obligated to do so, but allowing us to contact you increases the chances that we will be able to include your responses in the Firm Report.
Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of message posts and user comments on InsideArch. Please remember that except for the Firm Reports, we do not actively monitor posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of InsideArch. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify us immediately. We reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages and comments, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsideArch, its owners, moderators, administrators, and any related websites. We at InsideArch also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.
You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.
