Firm Report Key Metrics Data about the Firm
In addition to an overall firm score (on a scale from 1-25) for each firm, InsideArch Firm Reports contain scores in 9 different sub categories called 'Key Metrics' (on a scale from 1-5). These Key Metrics are defined here.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Employees scoring their firm highly in this category feel that the firm and its management are genuinely interested in seeing that they learn and grow as architects. Opportunities are available to gain new skills and take on new responsibilities.
EMPLOYEE CALIBER
Employees scoring their firm highly in this category feel that the principals hire talented people and the firm's culture fosters team development. Their coworkers challenge them to grow and compensate for their weaknesses. They feel that the people who work at this firm bring out their best.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employees scoring their firm highly in this category feel that the office has a positive energy and that their co-workers have a positive attitude. It feels good to work here and makes them feel good about their work. The office culture is youthful and energetic and their future is not ruled by office politics.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
